Following a period of staff growth and programmatic evolution, The Taylor Center for Social Innovation and Design Thinking at Tulane University engaged Thought Partner to guide a strategic alignment process to clarify internal roles, shared language, and future direction. Through team questionnaires, stakeholder interviews, and facilitated team workshops, we helped the Center explore how design thinking and social innovation show up in their work, where they can lead in the field, and how to focus roles and programming around their unique strengths. The result was a new leadership model for the organization, along with improved team alignment, clearer field positioning, and a stronger foundation for long-term planning.
