A ground-breaking vision for a coworking and residence development centered on live-work-play balance

Thought Partner worked with real estate and architecture firm Formwork Development LLC in response to an RFP by Common, a membership-based, community living, residential company for a new development in New Orleans. We helped develop the vision for a centrally-located, under-utilized green space close to the French Quarter by bringing together collaborators in a workshop to generate viable ideas. Thought Partner’s goal was to help communicate the value of a Remote Work Hub that combined flexibility, community, and affordability in a versatile development of living and work spaces.
