Breathing new life into an old home that had lost its soul through multiple renovations.

Thought Partner embarked on a full gut-renovation of this 1914 double shotgun house, on a rare double lot, in collaboration with local architecture firm, Studio BKA. With an eclectic mix of modern and antique furnishings and details, we re-established historical character throughout this family home, both interior and façade, and built a 52-foot long side porch that acts a transition space between indoors and the re-landscaped, ample yard.
