Formwork Development set out to create a pioneering coworking venue for small to mid-sized businesses in a former primary school building. Thought Partner developed a brand identity for Primary Workspace that both honors the building’s educational heritage and historic architecture and complements the modern aesthetic crafted by collaborator StudioBKA. The project delivered a cohesive visual system applied across key brand touchpoints including signage, digital platforms, and promotional materials. Additionally, we designed a promotional landing page and worked closely with the client and local partners to produce signage and digital assets that engage tenants and the broader community.
