Welcome to our new online home.
Thought Partner is a strategic design studio based in New Orleans, with team members and collaborators around the US and abroad. We are simultaneously location-agnostic and deeply inspired by the places we live and visit. This feeds into our work helping individuals and small teams define their identity, express their value, and connect with the audiences that matter most — through strategy, storytelling, and visual design.
Our website is a reflection of that ethos. It’s a space that feels clear and intentional, just like our process. You’ll find a growing portfolio of projects and a deeper look into how we work and think. It’s also an expression of what makes Thought Partner different: a studio that values curiosity over ego, and believes the best ideas come from collaboration.
We built this site with our future collaborators in mind. Whether you’re exploring a new venture, refreshing a brand, articulating a business strategy, or reimagining your physical space, we hope what you find here sparks something. We also built it for ourselves, to document the body of work we’ve been steadily building over the last several years and to reflect on the themes and insights that have surfaced. Much like our clients' work, our work is emergent too.
With it, we are launching Thinking Out Loud — our studio journal — as a space to share inspiration, new projects, and learnings we’ve gathered from years of creative partnerships. This is a space to explore the kinds of questions we ask every day:
What makes a message clear and resonant?
How do we help people see the value in what they’ve built — or want to build?
What does strategic design look like when it’s rooted in genuine, thoughtful partnership?
Where can we find inspiration that informs our work?
Expect reflections on design and storytelling, architecture and environment, identity and community — what we’re noticing in the world, and how those ideas shape our work. We’ll share stories from behind the scenes, tools we find useful, challenges we’re navigating, and the unexpected sources of creative energy that push our work forward.
Our hope is that this journal becomes a resource for anyone curious about how ideas become form, and how form becomes impact.
